A couple in Westmoreland is facing child endangerment charges and more after allegations of forced sex, drug use, drinking and more.
Jordan Heidt and Heather Johnson were arrested on Wednesday after reports of abuse involving “multiple juvenile victims.”
The Westmoreland County District Attorney’s office says the alleged abuse happened at a house on Echo Road in Washington Township.
One of the victims told authorities she went to the house because she was in a relationship with one of the underage victims that lived there.
She said Heidt forced her to have sex with one of the juveniles in the home “in an abandoned trailer on the property.”
She also told authorities about other forms of abuse she witnessed, including the couple forcing the children to drink alcohol and smoke vape pens that contained marijuana.
Investigators also said the couple would have to do chores and if they were not done to Heidt’s and Johnson’s liking they would be hit.
They are also accused of “putting bowls on their heads and cutting their hair as a form of punishment,” as well as making the children stand outside while they were sprayed with a hose.
The D.A.’s office says the couple are awaiting trial on similar charges from an investigation that happened in Unity Township in 2022.
