A man and woman from Johnstown are facing homicide and other charges in a shooting last week in Indiana County.
State Police say Daryl Lee, also from Johnstown, was found dead on Route 403 last Friday.
They believe 41-year-old Justin Green, nickname “Bam” and 30-year-old Brooke Pullin shot Lee in Johnstown the day before and dumped his body in East Wheatfield Township.
Authorities say Lee worked as an independent landscaper, recently worked with Green and lived next door to him.
At a news conference, District Attorney Gregory Neugebauer said Green and Pullin have a 1-year-old child they believe was at the murder scene.
Also unknown for now is why Lee was killed.
Both Green and Pullin are in the Cambria County Prison with preliminary hearings scheduled for August 2.
Cambria County Children and Youth Services took custody of the 1-year-old.
Investigators seized a blue and gray-colored Toyota Tundra and are holding it as evidence. Police believe the truck was used to transport Lee’s body to Indiana County.
State Police are asking anyone who may have seen the vehicle or may have video surveillance of the truck to contact authorities at 724-357-1960.
