Cranberry man indicted, accused of assaulting partner during cruise

The United States Attorney’s Office has announced a Cranberry man has been indicted by a federal grand jury in Pittsburgh Tuesday accused of assaulting his partner during a cruise in 2022.

27-year-old Quintin Owens is accused of strangling, assaulting and wounding his “dating partner” during a cruise the departed from Orlando, Florida in October 20222.

The victim is also a resident of Southwestern Pennsylvania.

If convicted, Owens faces up tot 10 years behind bars, a fine up to $250,000 or both. He’s charge with assault and interstate domestic violence charges.

The FBI conducted the investigation that led to the indictment.
