An 80-year-old Hempfield man was allegedly driving under the influence in a fiery wrong-way crash on I-70 involving three tractor-trailers in February.
PA State Police say Daniel Oliver's blood-alcohol level was slightly above the legal limit and toxicology showed Delta-9 THC in his system, the substance in marijuana that produces a high.
Oliver was arraigned Tuesday on charges of DUI, risking a catastrophe and other offenses.
