A Monroeville man is charged with attempted homicide and other crimes after he allegedly shot another man in the face with a crossbow.
Police say the victim told them that Joseph Hart was at the North Huntingdon home of the victim in early morning hours of September 17, showing off the cross bow when the two men began to argue.
The victim told police that Hart took $200 from a woman's purse, as well as sunglasses and a cell phone and then pointed the crossbow at the victim and shot the arrow in his face.
The victim had to have the arrow surgically removed from his face, after it went roughly six inches under his skin and along his skull.
