An annual satirical edition of the Pittsburgh Public Schools newspaper is a concern for members of the Allderdice High School community.
The fake articles are a part of "The Forward's April 1 edition, titled "The Backword."
It includes headlines like "Local Dice Student Kills PPS Superintendent in Protest" the other states "One Teacher's Baby Comes Out Mixed: The Science Department Scrambles to Find The Father."
Another page of the newspaper lists betting odds for who the father is.
In an email released to KDKA Radio from PPS it states in part: while several articles referring to Allderdice staff that have caused significant concern among members of the school community, no students would be disciplined.
It goes on to say "The Pittsburgh Public Schools supports students' rights to free speech, "School principals may require students to submit materials for prior approval before distribution on school property."
