The Beaver County Humane Society is asking for help after a suitcase was found in a wooded area containing a dead dog.
The deceased dog was found in a grey and orange Nautica suitcase in the woods near Valley Terrace apartments in Aliquippa.
The Humane Society says the suitcase was from a month ago.
