The PA Game Commission is cautioning Appalachian hikers with their dogs to be on the lookout for sabotaged treats in eastern PA.
The game commission took to social media this week, warning hikers of the treats that were reported as stuffed with fishing hooks, initially discovered on State Game Lands #217, in Washington Township, Lehigh County.
If eaten these treats can be deadly and agony-inducing for any animal domestic or wild.
Anyone with any info on the deadly treats is asked to call the Game Commission at 1-833-PGC-WILD.
