Domestic incident leads to two-vehicle crash

There were multiple injuries and issues after a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of 5th Street and St Clair Avenue in Clairton shortly after 8 a.m. Monday.

Detectives discovered the driver of one of the vehicles crashed into the other vehicle as part of domestic incident.

A bystander stopped the man from assaulting the woman that was driving the other vehicle.

The woman was taken to a local hospital in stable condition.

Two other passengers were also hospitalized in stable condition.

The man who assaulted the woman and allegedly caused the crash was taken into custody with charges pending.
