A Downtown water main break affecting the Allegheny County Courthouse, the City-County Building and other facilities is the reason for several closures.
The president judge has ordered the closure of the Criminal, Family and Civil Divisions of the Court of Common Pleas Friday.
Court operations in the Manor Building are also closed. The Sheriff's Office and Health Department are closed and the Keys to the City ceremony has been canceled.
