A West Deer Township man is facing his 10th DUI charge after a weekend arrest by police.
55-year-old Brian Ballantine, was arrested Saturday night after parking his vehicle in the middle of the Shaler Township Police Department parking lot while allegedly driving under the influence.
Officers investigating the vehicle found Ballantine speaking incoherently with an open beer can, and station security footage captured him nearly hitting another vehicle before stumbling out to urinate in the lot.
Because Ballantine has nine prior DUI convictions and eight convictions for driving with a suspended license, he is now facing a felony DUI charge along with two misdemeanor counts.
