PITTSBURGH (Newsradio KDKA) - One of the topics that the justices at the U.S. Supreme Court are discussing is the issue of vaccine mandates.
Bruce Ledewitz, a professor of law at Duquesne University and constitutional law expert, says there isn't much doubt the majority of the Supreme Court would uphold the federal vaccine mandate for large businesses.
"Congress did not legislate that," Ledewitz said during the KDKA Radio Morning Show Wednesday. "OSHA instituted this mandate"
If Congress did legislate the mandate, the expected outcome of the Supreme Court decision could be different.
