Yet another restaurant in Squirrel Hill is set to close this Winter.

Eat'n Park announced on Tuesday its decision to close the Squirrel Hill location on Murray Avenue by the end of January. In a statement sent to KDKA Radio, Eat'n Park officials thank everyone for their support over the last 45 years.

"Eat'n Park has made the difficult decision to permanently close our Squirrel Hill restaurant on Monday, January 24 at 5 p.m. We are grateful to our team members for creating Smiles for our friends and neighbors in the Squirrel Hill community for the past 45 years," said Courtney Caprara, Eat'n Park spokesperson.

"All team members will be offered continuous employment within Eat'n Park Hospitality Group. To our guests in the Squirrel Hill community - whether you started your day with us, ended your evening with us, or visited anytime in between, we are grateful you chose Eat'n Park."

The reason for the closing has yet to be determined.

This comes one week after the news of Pamela's Diner's decision to close its doors on its very first location on Murray Avenue. Pamela's Diner opened in Squirrel Hill 42 years ago.
