An elderly man is hospitalized after being hit by a salt truck in Westmoreland County.
Pennsylvania State police say the 74-year-old victim was hit in the parking lot of the UPMC orthopedic center on Pellis Road in Hempfield Township.
There is no word on the victim’s current condition.
