A Pittsburgh man has been indicted on two charges of threatening to kill and injure two people via email.
Federal prosecutors say in December 2024, 31-year-old John Radford emailed one victim saying "I say we blow your head off with a shotgun"...adding he would do it late at night when the recipient walked to his car.
Last September he allegedly emailed another victim who was told the only reason that target was still alive is because there were others ahead of them on a hit list.
If Radford is convicted, he could spend up to ten years in prison and be fined a half million dollars.
