UPDATE: The Allegheny County Medical Examiner's Office has identified the victim as 46-year-old Hoang Truong.
One person is dead after a car crashed into a creek in Etna on Monday night.
It happened around 7 :30 p.m. near Dewey and Crescent Streets when a car crashed into Pine Creek, overturned.
Several Fire Departments including Etna Volunteer Fire, EMS and other crews responded, quickly removing the occupant from the vehicle in the water.
The unidentified victim was taken to the hospital where they later died.
