After his daughter went missing three years ago, you would hope that the discovery of her remains last week would begin to give her family some closure. That hope was lost this past weekend when Kaylene Oehling's father went to the place hunters found her remains on March 19th. That's where he recorded the video on this page, long after the crime scene had been cleared, you see that he found more of his daughter's bones laying in the open, in plain sight, just sitting there on the ground.
Jason Oehling isn't just hurt, he's outraged, and he should be. He took that angst to social media with a live post on Facebook.
Jason says that one of his daughters stepped on a bone and then they found another nearby. After the medical examiner came back to the scene, Jason says they found a third bone, later confirmed to belong to Kaylene.
As for the cause of death, that is still not clear. The medical examiner has not issued a finding yet. Allegheny County Police are investigating.
