A 17-year-old is dead after a collision between his motorcycle and a box truck Thursday morning in Smithfield, Fayette County.
It happened at the intersection of Route 119 and valley School Road.
The Fayette County Coroner's office says 17-year-old Charles Plum of Lake Lynn was taken to Uniontown Hospital where he later died around 9 am.
