Fayette County arrested on child rape charges

A Fayette County man is charged with rape of a child. According to the Fayette County District Attorney's office.

28-year-old Joseph Martin is accused of having sexual intercourse on numerous occasions with a 12-year-old child he previously resided with.

Martin has been denied bail.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for next week.
