A 17-year-old boy is being charged as an adult in fatal crash last month in Fayette County.
Pennsylvania State Police say Seth Moore's blood-alcohol level was more than three times the legal limit when his car collided head-on with Rejeanne Menard's SUV on Route 381 in Springfield Township.
Moore is facing third-degree murder and other charges and has a preliminary hearing scheduled for October 14.
