The driver in a fatal hit and run in Fayette County has been found and will be charged with homicide by vehicle.
66-year-old Mark DiMatteo is accused of hitting 62-year-old Ronald Hostetler with his pickup truck Wednesday on Stone Church Road in Redstone Township.
District Attorney Michael Aubele says Hostetler was struck after paving a driveway with some co-workers.
Aubele adds that DiMatteo stopped briefly after Hostetler was hit before driving off.
DiMatteo was taken into custody Wednesday evening after an investigation.
He also faces a charge of accidents involving death or personal injury.
