The FBI says a Penn Hills man was using a social media app to prey on teenagers.
Kaung Kyaw is accused of using Snapchat to extort sexually explicit images and video from dozens of minors.
The girls were in Pennsylvania, the US and other countries.
Officials say Kyaw hacked into his victims Snapchat accounts. He is due in court today.
