Pittsburgh Police are investigating after a body was found on the North Side near Allegheny General Hospital.
The female body was discovered on Fountain Street around 7am Friday morning by a hospital employee as they were going to work.
Police say there were no signs of foul play and attempts to save the woman's life were not successful.
An autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause of death.
