A Big Night Aht was a hit for Pat McAfee and friends, along with (most) of the over 12,500 people in attendance at PPG Paints Arena on Wednesday.
But, two people probably woke up a little sore on Thursday after a fight broke out in the stands, caught on video.
At least two men are seen fighting on the walkway stairs for about 40 seconds before security arrives to start breaking up the altercation.
The video shared on “X” has garnered nearly 300,000 views since being posted.
The people involved in the altercation were removed from the building.
Other than the fight, the show had mainly positive reviews.
Singer Jelly Roll performed “Renegade”, Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa were there, country star Ernest performed, WWE’s Michael Cole and Jey Uso, comedian Shane Gillis, Oz the Mentalist, sumo wrestlers and more.
But it was the past and present sports heroes that the crowd couldn’t get enough of: Ben Roethlisberger, Paul Skenes, Evgeni Malkin, Kris Letang and Sidney Crosby.
McAfee, a native of Plum, honored his hometown of Pittsburgh several times during the memorable evening.
