Allegheny County Executive Rich Fitzgerald is predicting that Joe Biden will win the 20 Electoral College votes that the state of Pennsylvania has up for grabs.
At 8:30am Wednesday morning, President Trump led the state by over 700,000 votes.
"The reason is because, mostly, they've counted the republican votes. Today, they are going to count the democratic votes - and there's about 1.4 million votes that have not been counted in the state of Pennsylvania," Fitzgerald said during the KDKA Radio Morning Show on Wednesday.
Fitzgerald predicts Biden will receive over one million of those votes that are left to be counted, and Trump will receive around 350,000.
"When they are counted, Joe Biden will be the next president of the United States," Fitzgerald claims.
Allegheny County suspended vote counting in the early morning hours Wednesday and was expected to resume at 10am.
The commonwealth expects to have the results by Friday.
