Five Pagan gang members arrested after hotel fight

Five people have been arrested following a fight involving the Pagan Biker Gang in a Beaver County hotel.

Beaver County District Attorney’s Office David Lozier’s office says police responded to the fight around 1:45 a.m. on Sunday morning for a reported fight and assault.

According to a release. “numerous Pegan Biker Gang Members reportedly beat an individual several times, using boots, fits and brass knuckles, put a firearm to the head of victim and stole the victim’s firearm.”

Police were informed that 32 rooms were being occupied by members of the gang.

A warrant was obtained and Beaver Falls Police and State Police were joined by members of the Beaver County SWAT and Washington County SWAT because of the large amount of people and possible weapons.

69 people were removed and temporarily detained while police searched rooms.

26 firearms were found with one stolen out of West Virginia. One of the guns recovered was the one stolen from the victim.

In addition, five sets of illegal brass knuckles were sized.

Four of the Pagan’s were arrested for Robbery and Aggravated Assault and one for taken the victim’s firearm.

A premilitary hearing is scheduled for September 8.

The victim’s names are, Josh Evans of Beckley, WV, Lucas Stone of Summit Point, WV, Matthew Richards of Fayetteville WV, Robert Poffenberger of Fairplay, MD and Adam Lowe of Mt. Hope, WV.
