The warm-up continues with highs in the upper 40's today and lower 50's on Friday.

Nice to have the sunshine and the warmer temperatures, however they do present a flood risk.

The National Weather Service has issued a Flood watch in effect for Westmoreland, Somerset, & Fayette counties through Saturday morning.

And first responders are warning people to stay off the icy bodies of water in Western Pennsylvania.
