A popular food truck in the Pittsburgh area has been ordered closed by the Allegheny County Health Department.
The Health Department says “A Graceful Taste” in North Braddock, found operating on Perrysville Avenue in Perry South.
An inspection shows six total violations recorded, including two considered high-risk.
Those high-risk violations include a lack of water.
The inspection says the track has about one gallon of water to use and that “hot water was unavailable” and “cold water was not sufficient to wash hands.”
Also, utensils found in a tin contain were stored in “stagnant or dirty water.”
The Health Department says that the truck was operating without a health permit and one must be obtained before it can reopen.
