Former Greensburg Police Chief pleads guilty to tampering with evidence

Former Greensburg Police Chief Shawn Denning, currently serving a 15-month sentence in federal prison has pleaded guilty to three counts of tampering with evidence.

Detectives discovered a back pack containing various illegal steroids and psilocybin mushrooms missing.

Denning had access to the evidence room and was the investigating officer.

Denning was sentenced to a year of probation as a result of his guilty plea.
