Three family members and a caretaker were taken to a hospital after an overnight house fire in Fayette County.
The flames broke out at a home on Miles Road in Dunbar Township before 1:30 a.m. State Police say all four were trapped in the home and were pulled out by first responders.
Three were flown from the scene and one was transported by ambulance.
One of the injured was in critical condition.
Troopers are leading the investigation of the blaze.
