The popular chicken tenders restaurant Raising Cane’s is coming to the Pittsburgh area.

According to CBRE Pittsburgh, the Louisiana-based chain is coming to Oakland, North Fayette, South Fayette and North Versailles.
The Tribune-Review reports the Oakland location could be at Fifth Avenue and Atwood at a location that was previously the Thirsty Scholar restaurant and bar.
The South Fayette location is planned for the Piazza in South Fayette and is expected to open by the end of the year.
No word on when the other locations will open.
In addition to their popular chicken tenders, Raising Cane’s sells chicken sandwiches, fries, drinks and more.
Raising Cane’s operates around 700 locations in 35 states across the country.
The four Pittsburgh-area locations will be the first in southwestern PA. The current closest one is in Youngtown, Ohio or State College.
