Four shot in three separate shooting in less than 12 hours around Pittsburgh

Police are investigating three shootings Thursday night and early Friday that left four people wounded.

A man was shot in Larimer Thursday night.

Police were sent around 9:45 p.m. to a home in the 200 block of Larimer Avenue but found no victim.

A few minutes later the man arrived at a hospital with a gunshot wound to the neck and was in stable condition.

About two hours before that, a 19-year-old man was shot in North Braddock.

Allegheny County Police say 911 was called at around 7:30 p.m. about gunfire near the intersection of Ridge Avenue and Bowers Street.

First responders say the young man was shot in the shoulder and leg and transported him to a hospital in stable condition.

And, two people were wounded in an early-morning shooting in Homewood.

Police were alerted around 4:45 a.m. when ShotSpotter detected 10 and then 21 rounds fired in Zone 5.

First responders sent to the intersection of Tioga and Rosedale streets transported two people to a hospital.

They were in stable condition. No word yet on a suspect or what led to the gunfire.
