Gas prices jump nearly 20 cents in a week around Pittsburgh

A huge spike in gasoline prices this week.

In just one week, Gas prices in the Pittsburgh area jumped a whopping 17 cents.

That's on top of a nine-cent a gallon increase last week.

So now the average price in the region is $3.63 a gallon.

A year ago, gasoline was even more expensive at $3.83 a gallon.

The least expensive gas in the United States is in Mississippi, where the average is just $2.74 a gallon.
