When you think about sports performance training you probably think about professional athletes and the special access they have to experts and equipment. Did you know that you and your family can have that same access? I just learned about this from Ron DeAngelo who is the Director of Sports Performance Training at the UPMC Rooney Sports Complex.

Watch the interview on this page to see our discussion about the programs you can access to help your kids and even older adults improve performance in athletics and beyond.

If you know about me and my family, I have a daughter who's a high school track athlete. After learning about the program from Ron, we started taking Chloe to UPMC for the program. They're working to improve her flexibility first, then moving to strength and speed. It's amazing to know that just about anyone can take advantage of the opportunity.
