As Giant Eagle continues to celebrate it’s 95th birthday, the local grocer has announced a deep discount on many items.
Beginning Thursday, September 24 through Wednesday September 30, 50 items will be available for 95 cent each.
Some of the items that are part of the sale include, Sugardale bacon, grapes, apples, 4-inch snack pies, Birds Eye Steamfresh Vegetables, Giant Eagle Shredded Cheese, certain Coca-Cola products, bottles of Bodyarmor and more.
“We’ve been overwhelmed by the positive response by customers to our 95th anniversary events and promotions,” said Justin Weinstein, Executive Vice President and Chief Merchandising & Marketing Officer at Giant Eagle. “At a time when consumers are looking to save at the grocery store and at the gas pump, we see celebratory activities like this week’s 95-cent sale as moments for us to thank our customers for their support throughout the years by providing them with big savings across the store.”
Other items include Chobani Greek Yogurt, white mushrooms, baby carrots, Gatorade, Gerber Baby Food Pouches and avocados.
