A fundraiser is underway for the family of a tow truck driver that was fatally shot after an argument at work this week.
A GoFundMe is underway for Christopher Ashbaugh, who was shot after an altercation in Springdale Township Wednesday afternoon at Oaks Auto Truck Services.
Ashbaugh leaves behind a wife, children and grandchildren, “and an entire community lost a truly good man,” The GoFundMe reads. “The pain his family is experiencing is impossible to put into words.”
The GoFundMe says donations will go toward paying for funeral expenses, bills “and to help give the family the time and stability they need to begin navigating life without him.”
32-year-old Niko Hostler is charged with criminal homicide in the shooting and is currently in the Allegheny County Jail.
