A GoFundMe account set up to help an elderly woman waiting tables at Eat'n Park has exceeded by far its goal.
Tamie Konzier was at Pittsburgh-area Eat’n Park location when she noticed waitress, 81-year-old Betty.
Konzier says Betty was having a hard time walking and overheard a short time later that she only makes a little over $900 a month with Social Security.
A video on TikTok went viral and the GoFundMe has been a big success with over $246,000 raised out of a $25,000 goal.
