GoFundMe started to help Aliquippa bus crash victim's 'life altering' injuries

Two people remain hospitalized after bus carrying the Aliquippa Jr. High football team and coaches crashed, injuring more than 20 people.

The bus hit a hillside and then a utility pole on Shaffer Road on Saturday morning.

One is in the ICU at Allegheny General with a spinal injury and a 14-year-old girl is at UPMC Children's in critical but stable condition.

Az'riannah Gilbert’s, family says she has serious life-altering injuries.

A GoFundMe for “Noni” (as she is known) has been started by her uncle.

He says all donations will go director to her niece’s medical recovery.

She suffered serious life altering injuries and now has to undergo many surgeries.. This has been an incredibly difficult time for our family,” said GoFundMe organizer Robert Gilbert.

A goal of $4,000 has been set.
