Pennsylvania Republicans have sent Governor Tom Wolf a congressional map he has vowed to veto.
Governor Wolf telling the NewsRadio KDKA morning show that the redistricting map drawn by the state senate is not a fair representation.
“I’ve actually sent out two examples of what I think a fair map would be. The General Assembly chose to ignore that came up with their own gerrymandered map. I didn’t like it then and I don’t like it now.”
Senate Majority Leader Kim Ward told the Pennsylvania Press Club Monday Senate Republicans have tried unsuccessfully to broker an agreement with House Democrats and Governor.
Ward predicts the state's highest court will end up settling the matter.
