Two eateries in Oakland are not in compliance with the Allegheny Health Department.
A consumer alert has been ordered for one, another has been forced to close.
Pad Thai Noodle on North Craig Street has been hit with a consumer alert for 13 violations, including several high risk.
Live roaches were found on a sticky trap in the kitchen along with evidence of rodent droppings.
Raw and cooked food were at unsafe temperatures and a lack of handwashing was observed.
There were also medium and low risk violations reported.
Fast Eddie Catering on North Craig Street was ordered closed due to operating without a valid health permit, foods were from an unknown source and a handwashing wink or station was not available while foods were prepared.
Fast Eddie's closure was first posted on June 25.
Pad Thai Noodle was posted on June 26.
As of June 29, both alerts remain on the health department's website.
