A restaurant on the South Side is closing for good.
Hello Bistro on the 1900 Block of East Carson Street will close next week.
"Hello Bistro has made the difficult decision to permanently close our Southside restaurant on January 15 at 2 p.m.,” said Courtney Caprara, spokesperson for Hello Bistro. “We are grateful to our team members and guests who joined us over the last decade on East Carson Street.”
Every employee at the location has been offered positions at other Hello Bistro locations.
Hello Bistro continues to operate locations in Downtown Pittsburgh, Oakland, McCandless Crossing, Village at Pine, Monroeville and Siena at St. Clair.
There is also a Hello Bistro in Beachwood.
Caprara says “new and exciting menu items” are coming soon to the Downtown and Oakland locations.
Hello Bistro is known for its salads, custom burgers, grilled cheese, grain bowls and more.
The company is owned by the Eat’n Park Hospitality Group.
