If you're one of the thousands of drivers who take the Highland Park Bridge ramp to Northbound Route 28, those plans will have to change.
Beginning at 7 a.m., that ramp will close for the next three months.
PennDot says crews will be doing work on the bridge and drainage systems. Two detours are available from the Highland Park bridge.
Take the ramp to Aspinwall and then get onto 28 northbound at Fox Chapel Road, or from the bridge, take the ramp to 28 southbound, get off at the Route 8 exit and then jump back on route 28 northbound.
