Highland teacher charged with sexual assaulting two students

A former Highlands School District teacher is being held without bond after being charged with sexually assaulting 2 students.

53-year-old Sean Dicer of Brackenridge is accused of assaulting the two victims back in 2021, when he was a teacher and they were students at Highlands.

And according to the criminal complaint, he allegedly paid one of the students thousands of dollars to keep quiet.

The victims at the time were 11 and 12 years old.

He's facing 11 felony counts and one misdemeanor count of corruption of minors.

Court records show Dicer's preliminary hearing is scheduled for December 17.
