A pizza delivery driver was robbed on Sunday in the Hill District.
Pittsburgh Police were called to the 2100 block of Bedford Avenue for reports of an armed robbery. The delivery driver said the suspect pointed a gun at him and then ran into a home on Bedford Avenue.
SWAT members were called in to find the suspect who they believed barricaded himself inside the home. When they got inside they cleared out the building and found the rifle that was used in the robbery, but did not find the man.
An active search for the suspect that fled the scene is ongoing.
