Six floors and 370,000 square feet of exhibitions in the Strip District will be free to see for kids ages 17 and under during the month of November at Heinz History Center.

In addition, kids will also get free admission to the Fort Pitt Museum located at Point State Park.

History Center President and CEO Andy Masich made the announcement on Tuesday. "Thanks to the generosity of our partner Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, we’re able to make our museums more accessible to families who are struggling after a difficult year,” said Masich. “As we head into the holiday season, we invite visitors to experience our region’s history while making unforgettable memories at the History Center and Fort Pitt Museum.”

The Heinz History Center is the largest history museum in the state and is an affiliate of the Smithsonian Institution.
