ICE agents detained three men Monday after they were arrested at an apartment complex in Armstrong County.
Police were notified of a burglary in progress at a building on Main Street in Freeport.
Officers found one of the men in the attic of an apartment who refused to identify himself and said he was from Mexico.
Two more men were discovered in a second apartment.
They also would not identify themselves, claiming to be from another country.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement was contacted and it came to light the men were in the United States illegally and each had federal warrants.
