The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Watch for Allegheny, Westmoreland, Washington Fayette, Armstrong, Greene and Indiana counties from late Tuesday night through late Wednesday night.
Heavy rainfall from the remnants of Hurricane Ida will increase the risk of flash flooding.
2 to 4 inches are expected, with as much as 6 inches possible.
