A PA Lottery Cash 5 ticket sold in the Pittsburgh area, worth $400,000, is close to expiring without being claimed.
The Lottery says the ticket was sold at the Valero Super Mini Mart on Freedom Road in Cranberry Township on April 3, 2025.
A prize claim has to be filed by Friday, April 3, or the $400,000 prize will be lost.
The ticket matched all five balls draw, 3, 10, 12, 30, 37 to win the prize.
The winner of the ticket should sign the back of the ticket and contact the Lottery at 1-800-692-7481 to file a claim before April 3.
Expired prizes remain in the Lottery Fund.
