A federal judge has ordered former Pennsylvania State Representative Jesse White to remain detained in jail as his criminal case moves toward a grand jury.
White was arrested and charged by federal prosecutors with the receipt and possession of child pornography.
Federal agents seized multiple computers, laptops, and external hard drives from White's residence.
A preliminary forensic review uncovered more than 100 files containing child pornography, organized by age and category, depicting minors between the ages of 5 and 15.
Some of the material reportedly included his own children.
