A judge has ruled the man accused of killing the owner of a Westmoreland County bar is not competent to stand trial.
Nathan Salem is accused of shooting David Magill, who operated Mogie's Irish Pub in Lower Burrell.
A psychologist hired by the defense said Salem has lost touch with reality.
Officials plan to reevaluate him in a couple of months.
